Refund Policy

We want you to have a great experience with Airlys. Please review our refund policy below for details on returns, refunds, and eligibility.


Returns for Opened Oils

We do not accept returns for opened essential oils or products that have been used, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.


Returns for Unopened Products

Unopened products in their original condition and packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@airlys.com with your order details. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.


Manufacturing Defects

If your product has a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us within 14 days of receipt. We will require a description and photo evidence of the defect to assess the issue. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.


Refund Processing

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. Note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.


Non-Returnable Items

Opened essential oils and diffusers without a manufacturing defect are not eligible for return or refund.
